For agencies
“Quick question about page 4…”
Every agency knows that email. Final artwork, decks and reports, checked before they leave the studio, so the client’s questions are about the work, not the spelling.
The problem
Lots of clients, lots of rounds of amends, and every one of them in a hurry. Copy changes arrive by email, get typed into the artwork by hand, and the last round is the most rushed, usually at 6pm by whoever is still in.
When the client finds the typo, it’s your reputation on the line. And the next proof gets read with a red pen.
How Final Eyes helps
- One last check on every file. Make it part of sign-off: nothing leaves the studio unchecked.
- A house style for every client. Each client’s spellings, “write this, not that” rules and brand colours, picked per job. You can start from the client’s own brand guide.
- Amends, not opinions. Numbered amends, a marked-up proof and a spreadsheet, ready for the designer.
- One plan for the studio. The whole team shares one plan and one monthly allowance.
An example
An agency sends a 12-page annual review to the client for approval. Before it goes, the account manager runs the PDF through Final Eyes. It catches the client’s own product name spelt two ways and a doubled “the” across a line break. The designer clears amends A1 and A2 before the client ever sees them. The client thinks you’re meticulous. Now you are.

Which plan
For a small studio, Starter fits: up to 3 people and 100 checks a month. Bigger studios need Team (up to 10 people, 300 checks), and larger agencies Business (up to 25 people, 1,000 checks). See pricing.
