For printers
The press is booked. The reprint isn’t.
Check customer artwork before it goes to press, and send them a clear list of what to fix. The job runs once, in its slot, and the typo stays their call, in writing.
The problem
Customers send artwork they swear is final. When a mistake gets printed, it turns into a conversation about whose fault it was and who pays for the reprint, even when the typo was in the customer’s own file.
Nobody enjoys that conversation. Especially over 5,000 leaflets.
How Final Eyes helps
- Reads print-ready files. PDFs up to 30 pages and artwork images, including text set as part of the design.
- Checks the numbers too. Dates, phone numbers, prices and web addresses, and whether a QR code or barcode matches what’s printed next to it.
- A clear list for the customer. Numbered suggestions and a marked-up proof to send back with “please confirm or correct”.
- Their answer, in writing. Send the amends before you print, and the customer’s reply settles who decided what.
An example
A print shop receives a wedding invitation. Before printing 150 copies, the team runs the PDF through Final Eyes. It flags “recieve” in the RSVP line and the couple’s surname spelt two ways. The shop sends the customer the two amends, the customer confirms, and the job prints once. The marriage gets off to a better start.

Which plan
For a small print shop, Team fits: 300 checks a month. For printers handling many jobs a day, Business has 1,000. See pricing.
