Refunds

In short

  • Your first payment. If Final Eyes isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and you’ll get it in full.
  • Yearly plans. The same applies to each yearly renewal: ask within 14 days of the renewal date.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Plans and usage. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for and isn’t renewed.
  • Who handles it. Paddle, our payment provider, sells Final Eyes to you and handles refunds. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or ask us through the Help page.
